Net descriptions

• Neighborhood Readiness Net -  A weekly information net with check-ins, announcements, round-table for individual sharing and general comments. Also, to monitor coverage and participation of the repeater on a weekly basis to help ensure readiness in case of an actual emergency or severe weather event. The goal is to have at least one GMRS operator in every community check-in. 

• ALERT Safety Net  - This net may be activated during severe weather events and other situations that pose safety risks to our communities. Its primary purpose is to provide situational awareness by gathering and relaying real-time information such as weather conditions, infrastructure impacts, power outages, road hazards, and general safety concerns.
