Rules & Conditions

These rules and conditions apply to giveaway drawings of radios and other items during the weekly GMRS Neighborhood Readiness Net of Blackskye Community Radio, Inc.

1) ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be residents of the service area supported by Blackskye Community Radio, Inc. Proof of residency is by call sign verification in the FCC licensee database. The following communities are considered to be in the supported service area for purposes of the giveaway drawings. 

• Waynesboro

• Zullinger

• Rouzerville/Wayne Heights

• Blue Ridge Summit

• Cascade, MD

• Smithsburg/Leitersburg/Ringgold, MD

• Quincy/Mont Alto

• South Mountain

• Greencastle

• Mercersburg

• Maugansville/Cearfoss, MD

• Shippensburg

• Chambersburg/New Franklin

2) NO PURCHASE REQUIRED

No donation or purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3) RANDOM SELECTION

Winners will be selected using an electronic random name generator application to ensure a fair and unbiased drawing.

4) NO GUARANTEE OF PRIZES

Items are brand new and "as is" unless otherwise stated. No warranty is expressed or implied.  

5) ONE ENTRY PER PERSON

Limit one entry per individual unless otherwise stated.

6) CLUB DISCRETION

Blackskye Community Radio, Inc reserves the right to modify or cancel the drawing at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

7) NON-TRANSFERRABLE

Prizes have no cash value.

8) ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

By participating in the GMRS Neighborhood Readiness Net, you agree to these rules and the decisions of Blackskye Community Radio, Inc, which are final.
